Speaker Resources

Please bookmark and visit this page often to stay updated on deadlines, platform news and presentation resources you can utilize to craft your session, slides and handouts. Once again, NORDP will be utilizing the Zoom-based GTR platform as we did in 2021. Looking forward to welcoming you at NORDP 2022!

Speaker Agreement   (All speakers in all sessions must complete a speaker agreement.)

Formats and Session Types: Please note that meetings (where everyone can see each other and speak) will open one minute prior to the official start time. Webinars will need to be started.

Chat: Chat functionality is enabled for both formats. Note that there are two places this will occur in every session; inside the Zoom session and outside the Zoom session where the view is embedded in the platform. Both chats will need to be monitored if you intend to use this functionality to field questions or share links.

GTR Platform Resources

GTR/Pathable is the virtual conference platform selected by NORDP.  Your presentations will be done in Zoom (using GTR licenses). The GTR system functions a bit differently than you may be used to so please plan to attend speaker training to familiarize yourself with the differences. The NORDP Conference Zoom licenses will not be activated for your session until 20 minutes prior their start time; you'll want to rehearse your session on a personal account.
