NORDP 2020: Exploring the Strategic Mindset "Logic" of Change, Engagement and Outcome to Enhance Research Development
Thursday, August 13, 2020, 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM EDT
Category: Virtual NORDP 2020

As grant and research development professionals we use logic models as a way to organize and picture planned work and intended results of a grant-funded. However, logic models can also be used to visualize the research-related resources, activities, deliverables and outcomes that are often central to institutional strategic plans and our work as research developers. This session explores the use of logic models as a method to promote strategic research mindsets at both the individual and institutional levels and consider the implications of conceptual and operational logic models for organizational change and operation.

Presenters: Kendra Mingo, University of Idaho; Amy Cuhel-Schuckers, Franklin & Marshall College

Registration details are available here.

This session is limited to 60 participants and is free to NORDP members. Nonmembers are invited to attend for $30.
