This mentoring-focused series of talks will engage NORDP's current and prospective mentors and mentees with topics geared toward foundational mentoring skills and experiences. Sessions will showcase best practices necessary to be successful in mentoring relations, as well as provide insights into the program in a brief but interactive format. The talks will provide potential mentors and mentees additional resources to support NORDP or other future mentoring relationships. By cultivating mentorship expertise in our members, we will enhance skills, confidence and competence across all of NORDP in ways that provide stronger, deeper and more numerous connections throughout the membership.
