NORDP External Engagement Travel Scholarships
The NORDP External Engagement Working Group is pleased to announce Engagement Scholarships available for NORDP members to represent NORDP at relevant scholarly and professional meetings during the 2013-14 fiscal year.
The purpose of Engagement Scholarships is to:
- Further NORDP's mission and goals (http://www.nordp.org/about-us)
- Increase the visibility of NORDP nationally and internationally, and/or
- Provide research development expertise to underrepresented groups such as, but not limited to the Minority Serving Institutions Research Partnership Consortium, the Latina Researchers Network, the American Indian Science and Engineering Society, the National Society of Black Engineers, etc., and/or
- Forge strategic and substantive relationships, partnerships, and collaborations with relevant funding agencies and scholarly and professional organizations such as, but not limited to INORMS, CAURA, SRA, NCURA, AAAS, etc.
