Peer Mentoring Groups (PMGs) are flexible mentoring format available to members that supports networking, enables collective skill building, and can be joined at any time through the Wisdom Share mentoring platform. The PMG Orientation markets this benefit to members who may not be aware of the opportunity and gives attendees the chance to brainstorm topic ideas and experience participating in a PMG.
