Join the Committee on Inclusive Excellence (CIE) for a virtual town hall focused on the 2022 NORDP Climate Assessment. Conducted in the Spring of 2022 in partnership with Kanarys, Inc., the goal of the assessment was to conduct an organization-wide analysis with the intention of arriving at baseline values, critical data, and insights to improve the experience of NORDP members. This virtual town hall will feature opening remarks by NORDP President Anne Maglia and CIE members will present the initial findings of the assessment and facilitate discussion of the results with attendees. The results of this survey will drive organizational decision-making regarding DEIB programs and policies going forward.
