In this TNT, presenters will demonstrate the conference app and how to use it to optimize your attendance at the 2023 NORDP conference.

Jessie Brassard is a co-chair of the NORDP2023 conference, along with Becca Latimer and Jess Moon. Jessie works as a Director of Research Development and Communications at Michigan Technological University and the Great Lakes Research Center. She also serves on the NORDP Mentoring Committee, NORDP Communications Working Group (CWG), and the NORDP Region IV-Great Lakes Executive Committee, and is a cross country ski coach for Level 1 skiers (that’s the 5-year-olds, y’all—don’t be too impressed).

Kate Duggan is a member of the NORDP2023 Conference Planning Committee, member of the Members Services Committee, and Northeast Region Co-Representative. Kate is the Associate Director of Research Development in the College of Social Sciences and Humanities at Northeastern University and has been a member of NORDP for 6 years. Her favorite part about NORDP conferences are the networking dinners and meeting colleagues!

Jessica Moon is a co-chair of the NORDP2023 Conference, along with Becca Latimer and Jessie Brassard. Jessica is the Executive Director of the Stanford Aging and Ethnogeriatrics Research Center at Stanford University. She also serves on the NORDP Board of Directors, the Committee on Inclusive Excellence, the Mentoring Committee, and the Professional Development Committee. 

Kate Duggan is a member of the NORDP2023 Conference Planning Committee, member of the Members Services Committee, and Northeast Region Co-Representative. Becca Latimer is a co-chair of the NORDP2023 conference committee, along with Jessie Brassard and Jess Moon. Becca is a Research Program Director at the University of Virginia Comprehensive Cancer Center. She is a current member on the NORDP Board of Directors; and a member of the Professional Development Committee, Salary Survey Committee, and Academic Medicine/Affiliated Medical Center Affinity Group. In her free time, she is a US Masters Swimmer (occasionally competes in adult swim meets and open water swims) and serves as Treasurer on the Virginia Masters Board of Directors. She also enjoys checking out new wineries and breweries, all things house plants and (flower) gardens, and her kitties.
