Led by the Committee on Inclusive Excellence, we will offer another Conversation Roadblocks session on Sept 30th at 2pm-3:30pm EST / 11am - 12:30 PST. Participants will be guided through the Conversation Roadblocks [catalyst.org] document developed by Catalyst [catalyst.org]. This short but powerful document identifies specific roadblocks that keep us silent on racial injustice, explore how to surmount them and identify other actions steps to continue our individual and collective journey to greater and sustained racial justice, while acknowledging that we have a lot of work to do to ensure a culture of anti-racism.
