Building trust and credibility in our relationships with faculty and others is often key to the success of research development professionals. It involves many personal and organizational issues that are dynamic and intersectional. Whether you have years of experience or are new to RD, credibility is a cornerstone to our work and is an ongoing challenge.

In this highly interactive session, we will hear from RD leaders as they share their stories of building credibility with faculty at their institutions, work through scenarios in small groups to brainstorm solutions, and harness the collective wisdom of NORDP members to outline strategies for success.
